Unwanted/Unsuitable Goods: must be returned within 7 working days, at buyers cost, in original condition & packing and unused, for a full refund of goods price excluding any delivery charges.

Damaged Goods: Please advise us of damages/shortages within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Please sign carriers delivery note as goods unchecked, as without this we are unable to process a claim for damaged goods.
