A Grade Goods

B Grade Goods
These are very slightly used goods that have been refurbished to a very high standard with new parts fitted where necessary. In addition, this product complies to the appropriate BSI Standard.
C Grade Goods
These are used goods that have been inspected and repaired to comply with the appropriate BSI Standard. New parts will be used only where necessary, but these products are in a good, serviceable condition.
After successfully purchasing an item, please be sure to make payment within one week. Any items unpaid after 7 days will be relisted.

RECEIVING A DELIVERY: We use Amtrak for all our recorded deliveries. All items sent by Amtrak are insured and require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is home to sign for delivery. Amtrak attempt delivery two times. If the item has not been delivered then we will charge postage again for redelivery or remove the postage charge and refund the remainder of the balance.
Collections ars not permitted except for pallets.
MULTIPLE ITEMS: We offer a discount for multiple items sent out together. This will be reduced at checkout. Shipping discounts will NOT be given if multiple checkouts are made. The most expensive postage remains full price with each items postage thereafter being reduced by £2
We give a 28 day guarantee on all items. Please check the goods you receive within 48 hours of receiving your item as items with missing or broken parts will not be rectified after this time period.
All returns must be booked by ourselves and only returns with a valid authorisation number, which we give you, will be accepted.
If you have received the item and it has missing or broken parts then you should contact us immediately and we will try to obtain the correct parts, if this is not possible the end solution would be a full refund.
If a product is returned for repair and it is not a manufacturing fault, a charge for repair will apply. A courier charge will apply to return your item if no fault is found.
If a product is returned for a credit and is not a manufacturers fault we will ask for you to pay the delivery charge to have it returned to you or refund you minus the postage. The product must be in the same condition it was in when you received it.
Pallets are exempt, they are classed as sold as seen and no replacements or refunds will be given.
