  --Combine postage is not available, even if you purchased several items per time, Since Air Mail post charge the postage based upon weight of the post , not quantity
   
• Shipping & handling charge, insurance are not refundable in any case
   
• Our items are send out from Hong Kong directly and we will mark the item value at HK$1000 or lower ( base on different model)and there is no export tax, but all buyer need to check their import tax ( some country will have import tax but some don't ) and we are not responsible for any import tax by your country. (Remember your payment is not included the import tax by the buyer country.)

• Buyer is responsible to pay for any shipping and handling charge of item return
   
• We cannot be held responsible for packages lost during return. Therefore, we highly recommend that your return be sent as an insured package

• Buyers need to pay S&H again for reshipping the item ( except we wrote the wrong buyer address)

• When the parcel reaches you, please do check all the parts and goods quantity inside before signing it. If there is any physical damage, missing items or wrong quantity, please do not sign it and request the post office or the delivery company to issue some relative certification in order for compensation. (It is legal and reasonable request .Both the Post office and the delivery company have no right to refuse to do so) .Also, please contact us regarding the problem as soon as possible. Once you have signed the parcel, it means that you have no doubts about the products as well as the quantity and the transaction is deemed to be completed

• Warranty
  -- Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user’s part!
   
• Item warranty period is within 45 days against payment, we will glad to
  
  replace it, but we must receive the return item first.
   
• Please note that buyer is responsible for the item return shipping fee.
   
• If the item(s) having problem within 45 days, buyer can return the defective item(s) to us for repair. Defective item(s) will be replaced upon return. We will be responsible for only shipping charges for sending the exchange replacement, not the return charge.
   
• The item can be repaired for free in the accidental condition; or else, it would be charged. If you want to return the defective item(s) to us, however after 45 days period all shipping charges (both two way) are the buyer's expense. But we will supply for free to repair in 1 year. Otherwise, units returned and found not defective will be returned at buyer's expense or repair after checking. It depends on the damage situation.
   
• If Item is defective and not working, please report the item to us immediately. The item number must be included in the return package in order for replacement or repairs to take place.

• Accessories and free gifts are not covered by warranty!!!
   
• Buyer is responsible for the shipping fee of the return item(s) to us. We will NOT be responsible for any loss incurred during return delivery.
