Deliveries
Carriage is based on a 2-4 working day carrier (see item listing for postage charge) based on UK Mainland Only (not including the Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, English Isle's and some Northern Areas of Scotland please email or call before placing order for these areas to avoid delivery delay).

If you require delivery outside the UK please email with full delivery address to obtain correct carriage charge.

Next Day & Saturday Delivery Service is available in most areas of the UK Mainland Please email or call for details.

Information Regarding Deliveries
Please provide us with a contact telephone number and correct delivery address for all deliveries as this helps to keep the delivery time down to a minimum if no contact number is provided and the delivery address is wrong and your item is delayed we will not be held responsible.

Please check that the goods/item is undamaged before you sign, that means the item not just the packaging, all items are checked prior to dispatch. If the driver is adamant that you dont open the box/package then simply sign that it is damaged, do not sign unchecked. If the items are damaged refuse the delivery/send back and give us a call on 0115 9838 117

If you don’t check you item we will not be able to claim from the carrier/shipping company involved in you delivery. If you sign for your item as OK and then the item is later to be found damaged in transit then no claims can be forced upon the shipping company or Tool Mania on eBay or Tool Mania Ltd.

However if the item is undamaged and the item is deemed to be not working or doesn’t work this will be covered by the return to base warranty.

We will offer a full refund within 14 days and arrange collection of the goods under the following circumstances:

1. The item you receive in incorrect and not the item you ordered.
2. The item is received damaged (we must be advised within 24hrs). see Delivery Info.

If you have ordered the item and have changed your mind you may send the item back at your own cost and we will refund you less any handling charges and additional carriage charges (standard handling charge is 25%). The item must be un-used and in its original box.

If the item is older than 14 Days
If an item is to be returned after 14 days after delivery of purchased item then the customer is responsible for any postage (return to base warranty) to Tool Mania Ltd. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt by Tool Mania Ltd, and as such Tool Mania Ltd will not be held liable for any items returned. (Tool Mania Ltd strongly suggests when returning an item that suitable insurance is taken out to cover the item i.e. Registered Postage) once the item as been repaired Tool Mania Ltd will send the item back to the customer at cost to the customer. Payment for return postage costs will be required before the release of any item.
