either a full refund or dispatch replacement goods as soon as possible
after the faulty goods have been returned to us.

the goods arrive. Customers must cancel their order and return the
goods at their own cost for a refund. A refund will be provided within
30 days.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged
if
the returned goods are not faulty and the goods contain software that
has been opened. All goods returned should be received in the same
condition which they were dispatched in, including outer packaging.
