

The Smart Rope is a weather proof adjustable rope with a snap hook to be used to attach hammocks and Swinging Chairs to trees and terraces.
The Smart Rope is suitable for securing one end of a hammock. Maximum load capacity is 230kg for hammocks. Two Smart Ropes will be required to sling a hammock between two trees or secured posts. One Smart Rope is required for hanging chairs.

**Our Returns policy for this item will only cover you for 24 hour damage or fault upon receipt. Please read Damaged Goods section below.**
We will accept returns for unsuitable goods (unless stated immediately above or in the item description), within 7 days of receipt and in fully resalable condition. Goods that are in undamaged and unopened packaging with all seals intact will be eligible for a full refund excluding postage and packing costs. Any unsuitable returns made with opened packaging, and/ or broken seals, will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This is because we will have to mark down the goods as "used" in order to resell them.
A Return Reference Number (RRN) is required for all returns and/or exchanges. Items can not be refunded or exchanged without this unique number.
Once we have received and inspected unsuitable returns, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for the item(s), as explained above.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service when returning goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the products to us, unless we have delivered the item(s) to you in error or the item(s) are faulty. If we have not received the item(s) back from you, we may arrange for the item(s) to be collected from your residence by our courier, at your cost.
Damaged Goods (Please read carefully):
In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged in transit, a claim must be filed by notifying the courier driver immediately. We must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery time to process the claim.
If your receive a damaged product which was not noticed upon receipt of delivery, you must provide evidence of the damage to us within 24 hours (from the time you received the product) to process a claim successfully. You must forward image(s) and details of the damaged product via email to:

We, or our suppliers will assess the images you provide. Once we have accepted the product as damaged goods we will begin the process of replacement or refund, whichever is applicable.
