I bought these boots last week from RI reduced to £70 from £99.99 because the zip doesn't quite go all the way up. They were an impulse buy and are too big for me. They are therefore brand new with the fault shown in the photo. They are looking for a new home as RI won't take them back as I was aware of the fault.
