We do accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the item. You will need to contact us first before you return the item to us and please note our returns policy below.  
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.  For your own protection, we recommend that you send the item back using a delivery service that we recommend in our correspondence. Our policy conforms to the UK’s Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.  

Returns Policy
• If an item arrives damaged or incomplete in any way, please let us know so that we can help. We often have spare parts available that might avoid the need to return the item. 
• If you would like to return the item for any other reason, please contact us within 14 working days. Postage costs for returns that are not damaged or defective are the responsibility of the buyer. We will refund the value of the item once we have received the item back into our warehouse. 
• All returns must be labelled for the attention of Customer Service and include a note attached to the packaging, letting us know who has returned the item to us and any correspondence you have sent us. The correspondence should clearly state

2. Your eBay ID, 
3. When you purchased the item,
4. The problem with the item, 
5. Whether you would prefer a refund or replacement.  We will replace the item or refund your PayPal account or original payment card within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
