| Payment must be received within 7 days of auction close. If you are unable to pay in this | ||
| time frame please contact us. Unpaid items will be forfeited after 7 days and a Non-Payer | ||
| report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. | ||

| Delivery. | ||
| We aim to dispatch you items within 48hrs after confirmation of payment, and delivery is | ||
| normally next working day to most UK addresses unless otherwise stated, but you should | ||
| allow up to 10 days for delivery. | ||
| Goods that are signed for on receipt. | ||
| Please sign for your goods as damaged otherwise we are unable to claim on insurance with | ||
| our couriers. If goods are faulty please report this within 48hrs of receipt and return the | ||
| goods within 7 days for a full refund/replacement. | ||
| Loss/Damages. | ||
| Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. | ||
| In the UK a package is not declared lost until after 15 working days from date of postage. | ||
| Royal Mail only refund up to £36 for 1st class standard post. Courier Insurance is only up to | ||

£100 as standard. We Therefore only refund up to these amounts for lost/damaged in post items unless addtional insurance has been purchased. |

| We offer a 14 day refund for any product that you are not happy with. If you wish to return | ||
| items you have bought please contact us informing us of your intensions and the reason for | ||

| When returning goods. | ||
| · Items must be complete, unused and in the same condition as purchased with all | ||
| packaging intact. | ||
| · The cost of postage and packaging are at the expense of you the buyer. | ||
| · Returned items must be sent by insured courier/post. Please ensure you retain proof of | ||
| postage and adequate insurance for the goods in transit. | ||
| · We will not be able to refund or exchange the item until we have received the parcel | ||
| back and our Returns Department has inspected it. | ||
| · Where items have been returned for exchange an additional postage fee will be charged. | ||
| Faulty or Incorrect goods. | ||
| We hope you receive all our goods in perfect condition. If you should receive the wrong item | ||
| or the item is faulty, please notify us via email or ebay and we will try to resolve the problem | ||

| · If a product is faulty please notify us within 7 days from delivery. We may request the | ||
| item to be sent back to us for inspection and we will reimburse any postage costs incurred. | ||
