DOA/defective items will be replaced w/ an identical item upon return of the defective item.
We will make a replacement or credit (same method you have paid) depends on our inventory.
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all returns. Please request an RMA number via email for exchange.
We will e-mail back to you a return form ASAP. When you return items, please send us a copy of e-mail (return form) in return package.
Defective items must be noticed within 7 days of the date you received it. Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyersÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂàexpense. If the retail package has been opened and returned item for a refund is not defective, there will be subject to a 15% restocking fee from original price.
All returned merchandise must be in original factory conditions, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.
Original S/H and insurance fee is non-refundable.
