My Selling Policy
   

Payment

I accept PayPal, personal cheques, postal orders or direct bank transfer (please contact me after auction for bank details).Please note that payment must be received within 7 days of auction ending, otherwise I shall re-list the item and may post negative feedback. I require 5 working days for cheques to clear. Postage and packing costs include administration and handling charges.

Delivery

All deliveries within the UK sent Royal Mail First Class Delivery. I can not offer a collection/pick-up service for local buyers. Occasionally items get lost in the post- if this should happen, buyers must wait 15 working days after item was despatched before the item can be declared lost (in line with Royal Mail official policy). If the item has still not arrived after this time I will provide a replacement (or a refund if no further stocks are available).

Refunds & Returns

If your item is faulty please let me know within 7 days of receipt and I will happily offer a replacement or a refund. I will only issue a refund or an exchange if previously agreed by email. Returned items must be in the same condition as originally shipped. I will not accept items without their original packaging.
