An order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order upto 48 hours of the delivery without charge.  Any orders cancelled after that may be subject to a charge.

If the Buyer is dissatisfied with his purchase he may, within 7 days of the delivery, contact the seller to notify them that he wishes to return some or all items from his order.

The Buyer can arrange to return the goods himself to the deliverer's address at his own cost.  Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received, in their original pacakaging and undamaged.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the unwanted goods once we have had an opportunity to inspect them for damages/missing parts.  We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.
