We send all our watches via Royal Mail Special Delivery or 1st Class Recorded Delivery depending on the value. Each auction will clearly state which option will be used. This is a safe mode of delivery as the watch will require a Signature on Delivery and a Proof of Posting slip is gained from the Post Office. Special Delivery is Trackable on the Royal Mail Website.

MyWatchShop ships 6 days a week and we aim to post as quickly as possible, often the same day if payments are processed before 3pm. An Ebay message will be forwarded to you to keep you informed.

All packaging, Bubble wrap, Foam, Padded envelopes and Postal boxes are brand new and watches are securely packed and include a printed address label.

We do not post outside the Uk and Ireland unless otherwise stated.

MyWatchShopuk is a Verified Paypal Business Account Holder and all watches paid for using Paypal are covered by the "Paypal Buyer Protection Policy".

Watches purchased using Personal Cheques cannot be shipped until the cheque "clears".   Banks take up to 5-6 WORKING DAYS to process and clear cheques from the day they are deposited. This is not a MyWatchShop policy simply a standard Bank requirement.

The address required to send the cheque to will be supplied automaticaly simply by completing the Ebay buying process and indicating your payment will be by cheque.  
 

MyWatchShop has a clear Refund Policy in line with the "Selling at Distance Laws" governing Internet selling.

You may return your watch to us for any reason for a refund within 14 days of receiving. We cannot refund the initial cost of delivery or any costs for returning the watch to us. The watch needs to be unworn, unaltered in any way and showing no signs of use. All packaging including gift boxes, Instructions and warranties are to be included. Please contact us before returning any watches.

In the unlikely event there is a problem with your watch then you can return it to us up to 2 weeks after your purchase and the initial delivery cost will be refunded.  After that date the watch will need to be returned to the Manufacturer and the warranty included with the purchase utelised.
