COMBINED SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE ITEMS
· If you buy more than one item we will automatically find the cheapest shipping for you whilst still ensuring your items are fully insured and tracked, both in the UK and internationally.
· Whenever possible we will automatically refund any excess postage paid. However, combined shipping discounts are not always available as they are subject to the weight of the items chosen.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERY TIMES.
The Royal Mail and other carriers are responsible for any claims or guarantees made with regards to delivery times, not ourselves.
· We aim to dispatch First Class and international items within one working day of receiving notification of cleared payment, but this is not guaranteed. If you need your item urgently please contact us before you buy so we can arrange it for you.
· Special Delivery Next Day is a guaranteed next working day* delivery service, whereby Royal Mail guarantee delivery by 1pm the next working day. If you want to upgrade to Special Delivery Next Day please contact us before purchasing. Upgrades to this service are subject to additional postage charges. Please contact us for a quote as the price depends on the weight of the items chosen.
· We regret that we are unable to arrange guaranteed Saturday deliveries.

· Items will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded.
· First Class aims to deliver within 2 working days but this is not guaranteed.
· If you need your item delivered urgently please choose the ‘Special Delivery Next Day’ option. See above for details.
International
· To ensure we comply with Paypal Protection Policies we do not use standard Airmail.
· Items will be sent by Royal Mail Airsure.
· Airsure is a priority service which aims to deliver to most countries within 4 working days but this timeframe is not guaranteed.
· International Signed For will be used where Airsure is not available.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns & exchanges accepted from EU countries only.
We accept returns or exchanges from EU countries providing the following conditions are met:
• We must receive the item within 14 days of the date of sale
• Items must be returned in their original, unused and unworn condition, with all the original labels and packaging intact
• Postage costs will not be refunded and buyers must pay any additional postage costs incurred
• Buyers are responsible for fully insuring items being returned in case of loss or damage in the post
Please advise us that you are returning your item and ensure that you enclose your personal details including your Ebay user ID and the date of purchase.
