For your consideration, I have this Ice Skating Skirt made by Mondor. The skirt is Style number 2804 and it is Brand New with Retail tags. The skirt is Black Velvet in colour comes with attached Black Lycra pants and a Black velvet hair scrunchie. The skirt has side splits for ease of movement and is slightly longer at the back. The skirt is made from 90%Polyester and  10% Spandex. It is officially sized 12-14 Years. However it is small made and I have listed it as 8-10 Years. As a parent of skaters I have found skirts to be much easier for children when practising than dresses ( ie Toilet Breaks) 

Waistband unstretched is 22 inches.

Hips 24 inches

Length at mid back 11 inches

Return policy
For dresses I give full measurements in an effort to avoid returns. I am prepared to offer a refund should the item not be suitable with return postage at buyers expense. I would also ask the buyer to include a cheque/postal order for my postage and packing fees when returning the item. Once received by myself in original condition, I would then send a full refund of original payment made including postage and packing fees. This is the only way I have found that I can then get the fees charged by Ebay for selling an item back.
For items that are found to be faulty I will refund full cost of item and postage.
