PAYMENTS

All payments must be made within 7 days of purchase. If you have problems making the payment then please let us know.

UK Domestic:

Paypal, Cheques, Postal Orders

Payment Advice: add a credit or debit card to your PayPal account to avoid paying echeques.

Preferred payment is PayPal, If you are paying by echeque then please be patient in receiving your item, we will not dispatch your item until it clears.

RETURNS

All items are inspected before they are posted but in case the item you receive is not in good working order email us within 14 days of receipt for return instructions. We will exchange it and refund the extra postal charges incurred to return the item. If the item is no longer available we will issue a full refund including the extra postal charges incurred to return the faulty item.

If however you have just simply changed your mind and feel you need to return the item then you may return it within 7 days and you will be issued a refund minus the postal charges incurred. The item must be in a resellable condition.

With postage free items we will deduct postal charges from the refund amount which varies with each item.

POSTAGE

Items will be sent protected and sealed inside a padded envelope and a well cushioned box where required.

UK Domestic:

Items will usually be dispatched within 48 hrs of receiving payment and should arrive at your address between 1 - 3 days after receiving payment. Please allow an extra 7-10 days for all cheque payments.

International:

Items will usually be dispatched within 48 hrs of receiving payment and should arrive at your address between 7 - 14 days after receiving payment.
