 MJB Percussion Instruments - Wooden Castanets


Brand new, MJB Instruments, wooden castanets.  Ideal for secondary pupils or primary pupils, percussion groups, kids parties, educational toys, rhythm work or even for play at home. 

 

There are two pairs included in the price.  The picture shows exactly what you will receive.  

 

The castanets are a percussion instrument much used in Spanish music and Latin American music. The instrument consists of a pair of concave shells joined on one edge by string. These are held in the hand and used to produce clicks for rhythmic accents or a ripping or rattling sound consisting of a rapid series of clicks.
