• Our business hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm except public holidays. We do work on the occasional Saturday if demand has been heavy. Items are dispatched at 2pm Monday to Friday with our couriers and with Royal Mail at 4.45pm Mon to Fri or (if we are working!) with Royal Mail 12.15pm on Saturdays.
  

• Your bid or purchase is a legally  binding contract. Please bid or purchase only if you are committed to buying this item. If you have any questions, please email us BEFORE buying  bidding for this item.

• Payment. Please complete payment within 3 working days of purchase. 

• Shipping and Handling.  Deadline purchase  for next working day courier delivery is 2.00pm UK time. UK offshore islands, Northern Ireland and remote highlands may be sent with Royal Mail. Overseas customers please contact us first for a quote unless stated in the listing. Ensure that you fully understand and accept the shipping and handling charges BEFORE bidding for this item. If you do not accept the shipping and handling charge, please do not purchase.
  All help will be given but no responsibility taken for loss damage in transit with Royal Mail or other couriers. Your item is insured up to £36 with Royal Mail and up to £100 with our private couriers within UK. Overseas shipping is insured for up to £50 as a minimum and can be increased by £2 per £50 of item shipped If item is not delivered within 7 days of cleared payment, please contact us. We hold a "proof of posting certificate" for your use in the case of lost/damaged Royal Mail items and relevant contact telephone and tracking numbers in the case of lost/damaged items in transit with private couriers.  All necessary help with lost items will be given. The buyer is ultimately responsible for tracking lost deliveries within Royal Mail and private couriers. Seller does not accept any liability for loss/damage of items in transit with Royal Mail or private couriers. We are only acting on your instructions when you choose your shipping option.

• Shipping Address. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Always use a POST CODE. This item will be shipped to the address listed with your Paypal payment. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that this is correct. Alternative shipping address can be requested when paying in PayPal. Buyers outside of UK must provide a contact telephone number for delivery courier use only. We will not/cannot disclose your address to 3rd parties without your permission. You are protected by the UK data protection act. All items are shipped with your chosen option. In some cases the opted delivery may be upgraded to include a fully insured next day courier for no extra charge at our discretion. You will be emailed regards this option. In some cases, your item will arrive within 3-5 working days, often sooner. If the item has not arrived within 7 working days of making your payment, please contact us.
  

• Methods of Payment. We happily accept PayPal. We also accept Postal Orders. However, these must be sent Recorded Delivery and at the Senders Own Risk. To prevent any delay in shipment, you must enclose all details of your purchase so that we can identify you (please provide the Item Number, your eBay User Id, Shipping Address, your name.) 

• Receiving the Item. If the package looks badly damaged, do not accept delivery and contact us immediately. It is the buyers responsibility to check the item and contents immediately on receipt and ensure they are working as designed. Any irregularities, missing parts or faults must be reported to us immediately by email in the first instance. 

• Faulty Items. If after receiving the item there is still a problem, please email us for assistance. If necessary, we may ask you to return the item to us. In this case, the ENTIRE item must be returned to us, including  packaging, within 14 days. The buyer must return the item using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery at their own cost unless otherwise stated. We will reimburse any RM postal or private courier return costs when we receive and inspect any returned items deemed as faulty. 

• Guarantee. This item comes with a full 2 Year Manufacturers warranty from the date of receipt. In the case of a faulty item, we will provide a replacement or refund your initial payment and shipping costs. Items that have clearly been damaged by the buyer through neglect or mistreatment or by using the item for a purpose for which it is not intended will not be covered by this guarantee.
  

• Refunds. We reserve the right to return a full refund if we cannot supply your item for unforeseen reasons. You agree not to leave negative feedback or statements if this is this case. We will always find a way forward and may offer a free upgrade to a better quality item of similar description.
