OUR 14 DAYS RETURN POLICY.

OUR AIM IS TO PROVIDE A VALUED CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason then : Items can be returned within the alotted 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Refunds will be made minus the cost of P&P. To exchange an item an additional P&P charge will be incurred. The buyer must take reasonable care of the purchase or they will waive their right to a refund. PLEASE NOTE REFUND IS CONDITIONAL ON ITEM BEING RETURNED AS NEW IN RESELLABLE CONDITION.

In the unlikely event payment is not received an Unpaid Item Dispute will  follow to allow us to communicate with the buyer to help resolve the issue. 
If a payment has still not been received within 7 days of the dispute opening, the dispute will be closed to allow us to reclaim fees paid by us and release the item for it to be relisted.
 An unpaid item strike will be issued to the non paying buyer by Ebay.
