Investment opportunity.  As the situation gradually improves in Iraq the value of their currency could improve.  A similar situation occured with the Kuwaiti Dinar after the Iraq invasion and first Gulf War where the value of their currency increased massively as they were liberated and the oil began to flow again.

This is an investment and any investment can go up or down in value.
