Return

•Returns are accepted within 7 days for refund. Buyer only pays the shipping for return

•The faulty item will be exchanged for the same model once the return guidelines are followed:
»We might ask buyer to test the item in order to eliminate improper use factor, buyer has responsibility to follow the test correctly.
»The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc.
» Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping, but we will cover all expense of sending replacement.
»Any returning must enquire us first, to send back without return ID (given by customer service) will not be accepted.
»Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
» We do not have responsibility to response on item lost during returning.
