In-person collection is not permitted for any of our furniture items as they are distributed from a warehouse near Manchester. Please reply to our automated phone number request upon completion of payment so that our courier can contact you to arrange delivery.

Most smaller furniture items weighing less than 30 kilograms will be despatched with a parcel carrier. They will make two delivery attempts and will try to leave the parcel with a neighbour if you are not home. All items are insured and require a signature upon delivery.

Buyer must pay the stated shipping cost a second time if no one is home to accept delivery from our courier on the mutually agreed delivery date. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

Our shipping rates are based on volume rather than consignment and we are unable to offer shipping discounts for buyers purchasing multiple items.

We provide a two man delivery service for our larger furniture items. They will take the item into your home and up a flight of stairs or into a lift if this is reasonably possible.

You are required to unpack and inspect the item prior to signing for it. Your signature on the proof of delivery will be taken as indication that you are happy with its condition.

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, we offer a 7 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Return shipping expenses will be the same as the initial delivery charge and are the buyer's responsibility.

If your item does not fit through your door you will not be refunded the delivery fee. Furthermore, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Buyers are fully responsible for any customs duties that may be incurred on items sent outside of the European Union.

The Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and all Scottish Islands require a surcharge in addition to the stated rate for England or Scotland, respectively. The stated shipping rate for Northern Ireland will apply for these islands.
