Returns Policy

All items are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch, if an item is damaged during delivery please contact us immediately upon receipt. If you're not completely satisfied with any purchase we will gladly exchange it for another product or refund.

All refunds are subject to a re-stocking fee of 10% of the price you have paid for your order. Our postal charge of £2.95 is not refundable. The re-stocking fee and postal charge is applicable in all cases except were the goods are found to be faulty upon receipt or the incorrect size is sent by us.

Unfortunately we have no direct control over a postal companies delivery times and as such we can only offer guidelines as to delivery times. We canÂ’t be held responsible for perceived late delivery. Please give yourself plenty of time to order and receive your required item as we cannot offer refunds due to late delivery unless Fancy Dress Retail have caused the delay by not operating within our terms.
