     We have noticed another seller (not gazebo builder) positioning their auctions (end time) all around our spas. We believe this is an attempt to cause buyers to believe that those might be OUR gazebos. They are obviously not and we are sure that you can see this. Let us take this opportunity to thank our past ebay customers for their support since 1998. No other producer has been selling Gazebos on ebay as long and no other WARRANTY comes close. DB

•      This BRAND NEW unit is built using structural 4x4 I-BEAM construction in the roof and uses all of the proper Heavy-Duty Hardware and fasteners to make it Sturdy enough to carry a 40 PSF Snowload AND Resist HEAVY Winds, with an 80 MPH schedule C rating. (We are located in one of the Most Windy areas of Southern California and build these to endure!) Our engineering is approved by a registered structural engineer.
  

•      We even include a contoured Zinc-Alum Coated 29 Gauge Steel Roof which is available in “Denali” (Hunter) Green, “Rustic” (Deep) Red (matches redwood tone), “Tahoe” (Medium) Blue, or “Old Town” (Driftwood) Grey. This steel roof has proven to perform SO MUCH better than wood, especially in harsher weather conditions.

•      Our guaranteed finish is baked on at high temperature and carries a Manufacturer’s LIFETIME Warranty with the Metal Substrate carrying a 20 YEAR Warranty. (I spend all this time informing you about THE ROOF for one reason: The ROOF of ANY Gazebo determines the MAJORITY of the structure’s STRENGTH (because a Gazebo has no “foundation”). The Gazebo Structure Carries a 10 YEAR Manufacturer’s Warranty.

•      This structure is VERY solid, with nice hardware (aluminum plated zinc rollers for windows; very smooth).
•      Base is Specially Treated to avoid deterioration from the elements.
•      As you can see, the 10x14 “LUXURY” has dark plexiglass rounded corners and a rounded skylights for your enjoyment, day or evening. On each double window, one "half" slides behind the other, so you can control varying levels of Privacy.
• OUR Acrylic Thickness at a FULL 1/8th INCH is very resilient and about DOUBLE that of most other gazebos. This is IMPORTANT because  thinner  (less expensive)  acrylic, formed to rounded corners will "craze" (like old china) and become brittle!
  
• Doors are hinged and INCLUDE KEYED ENTRY.
• DIMENSIONS: Depth:166”; Width:119”; Wall Height: 84”; Roofline: 113”.
•      At this time Both Redwood tone stain/sealer AND “Coastal Grey” colorations are available (see color sample). We can produce this in White, but with special considerations and additional cost; so if you REALLY want WHITE, you must contact me at least 24 hours PRIOR to auction ending to discuss!

      I have spent many an afternoon inside of a Gazebo just like this, having used one as a “demo” and remote sale location office for our Hot Tub dealers. All of the structures our builder makes are of the Superior Quality I would display with my High End Tubs (that’s saying ALOT!).

• This Gazebo includes instructions for SIMPLE assembly. Winner will receive an 800# with the Gazebo, where you can reach a knowledgeable and REAL person to discuss any assembly questions which may arise.
• It will usually take 3 strong people who've never done this before 4 hours to erect the Gazebo. It usually takes our crew about 2 hours. (I've seen an experienced assembler put one up by himself in about 4 hours!)
• Gazebos are ready to ship when completed in color choice of winner.

  We have always been very willing to help out with shipping research /arrangements after auction, but please understand that ultimately this is Winning Bidder’s responsibility. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR RECENT QUOTE to your area. Although we do sometimes have access to drivers within the CA, OR, WA, NV who can sometimes be less expensive ($200-$350 average). Units shipped to other areas have averaged between $400-550 . We recently shipped a Gazebo to New Jersey for $525.00, although this can vary. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and all others must contact us by telephone or e-mail for recent shipping quotes. Shipping prices include commercial delivery shipping costs.  Liftgate delivery to curbside residence may be at additional fee can vary per area, so please contact us for most recent quote. Winners are welcome to pick-up completed units at our yard location, at no additional fee, including loading onto your trailer or pick-up.

  We do not state a "standard shipping fee" in our auctions because we do not want to charge $500 or more, if the ACTUAL COST is less, which is true in most cases, dependant upon area.

  Winner will pay shipping company/agent direct so that we do not have to add overhead to this.

• Because our Gazebos are completed to your "stain" and roof color choices, we are currently on an average unit completion time of about 3-4 weeks. Many units are completed in as few as 10 working days.
• Over the Road transport within the "48 states" usually averages 3-6 days and usually not more than 14 days.
