Easy Steps To Return An Item:

Before returning any product, please email us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 7 days of receiving your order. No refunds or exchanges are granted unless a RAN is requested within 7 days of item receipt. Return instructions will be sent by email along with a Return Authorization Number.

You will be alerted by email once we receive your item and process your refund or exchange (please allow 14 days for processing). No refunds are issued until the item is received and processed. Returns must include all original packaging and item parts. Items that are not returned in as new condition or that do not include all original packaging and parts may be refused or a 25% restock fee may apply.
