Shipping Policies


The UK postage is just for UK Zone 1 (England, Wales and parts of Scotland). For an address out side of Zone 1, there is an extra charge of 5-10 pounds.

The postage to European Union :

  • BELGIUM, IRELAND, LUXEMBOURG, NETHERLANDS,CHANNEL ISL -------- 28 pounds
  • FRANCE, GERMANY,DENMARK,MONACO -------- 30 pounds
  • AUSTRIA, ITALY, PORTUGAL, SPAIN, SWITZERLAND -------- 40 pounds
  • For the other countries in EU-------- 45-80 pounds, please ask for details
  • All boxes will be opened and checked before despatching.
  • Once we've received cleared payment, we will arrange delivery with Parcelforce 48 (unless otherwise stated) on the next working day.
  • For Combine shipment, Sunlova uses the highest First Item shipping and handling rates from all items on the order, and then uses the Additional Item rates for every other items in the order.
  • All shipments require a signature, so please have the item sent to a location where someone will be available to sign during business hours.

Sorry if this seems a little long but the time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and we have no control over it. We will refund you by the same method as payment (i.e. same card, Paypal)
