POSTAGE & PACKAGING:
The Postage & Packaging rates we charge are there to cover Postage, Stamps, Secure Packaging, Materials & Handling of the Goods.
We always obtain proof of posting and pack items with special care, love and attention in a paded envelope to ensure safe delivery to your home. We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged, delayed or lost in the post because we can not control Royal Mail's delivery system. However, Royal Mail are usually good at delivering our items quickly. We strongly recommend that you select the recorded delivery postage option for complete peace of mind with proof of posting and an electronic copy of the signature available online.. Please note that a signature will be required on recorded delivery.
We also obtain Proof of Postage Certificate for standard Postage, which can be provided on request. For Recorded Delivery we can always provide a tracking number of your parcel as proof of posting (on request) and will always do our very best to assist you in the event of tracking any item(s) that are delayed.
International:
International Signed For service is secure and Signature required on arrival. Online tracking reference number provided.

Payment by Paypal, Cheque & Postal Orders are expected.
Please ensure postal orders are uncrossed and made payable to: W Ghouri. (UK customers only).
Payments should be received within 5 days of auction ending, checkout should be confirmed within 24hrs. If contact is not made within 5 days of end of auction, a reminder will be sent then if no response is received an unpaid item dispute will be instigated with e-bay which could result in an unpaid item strike for the buyer. I will only do this as a last resort!. |
