Returns Policy.
I pack items carefully using protective packaging and post first class within 48 hours of receipt of payment, however occasionally items are damaged in transit. If this happens to you please follow these directions.
Please notify me by email within 3 days of receipt.
I will email you with a return address.
Please return item in original packaging using signed for post within 7 days of receipt.
I will endeavour to replace or refund item within 3 days of receipt of item.
I will accept returns within 7 days if you simply don’t like the item once you see it as long as you follow the above procedure and items are returned in mint condition. In these cases postage will not be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE IF THE ABOVE PROCEEDURE IS NOT FOLLOWED I WILL NOT REFUND FOR ANY ITEM UNLESS ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN AGREED BY EMAIL.
