1 x The Last Supper 26" x 40" Inch Tapestry

This beautiful tapestry is ideal for adding character to a room, or for special occasions and themes. With this superb quality reproduction of a famous masterpiece you can own a piece of history as well as beautifully decorating a room. It is woven in the original timeless style in Belgium, considered the home of tapestry weaving. Photographs simply do not do it justice but a full picture is given below.

It can be mounted in a picture frame or easily hung on any wall surface using the integrated tapestry rod sleeve neatly and professionally sewn into the top reverse side of the tapestry. All that is required is a tapestry/curtain rod/pole or similar up to 35mm diameter to insert into the sleeve, decorative rod/pole ends, and either some wall brackets, string or decorative braid or similar to hang the tapestry from a suitable wall/picture fixing point.

This very famous image is of Leonardo da Vinci's (1452-1519) painting of the last supper of Jesus Christ. It is based on John 13:21 where Jesus announces that one of his twelve apostles would betray him. You can read more into the history surrounding this here.
