The Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Goods must be in the same condition as despatched in, brand new and unused, still in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

If the goods purchased are found to be faulty or damaged, contact us within 3 working days of receipt on sales@lighthousedirect.co.uk and we will either rectify or authorise the return of the item(s).

Goods may be subject to a handling charge subject to manufacturers terms and conditions if returned faulty and found not to be so. All returns are sent back at the buyers cost. Any deliveries made or attempted to an incorrectly provided address will also have the postage or courier fee charged for in full. All orders will only be shipped to the registered Paypal payment account address which made payment for the goods unless agreed in advance.

For any orders returned to us by Royal Mail or our Couriers as “un-called for”,  where delivery has been attempted but no contact has been made by the client, these orders can be resent but you will be liable for the postage costs again prior to the order being shipped out. If you subsequently cancel the order you will be entitled to a refund minus the costs of the postage. As such please ensure your address and contact details are correct on your Paypal account prior to ordering, and please do not order if you are just going on holiday or moving house straight after ordering.
