	Shipping Please note that deliveries to N & S Ireland, Highlands and UK Islands will be charged at £19.99. For Worldwide shipping please contact us. We regret that we have had to increase our P&P due to recent increases to fuel and courier costs. We despatch as soon as cleared payment is, using Insured Courier service. All Deliveries are between 9 -5 Mon-Fri and Delivery normally takes 7-10 Days. If you do not receive your goods after this period of time, please E-mail us at sales@thebikedepot.com. Any items damaged in transit should be refused on delivery. Customer collections are available from our Enfield Depot (Only 20 mins. from Liverpool Street station) however since we are a trade depot, we do require an admin charge of £10 for this service unless stated otherwise in the decription above. All bikes come Fully Boxed - on arrival easy & minor assembly and adjustments required - front wheel, pedals, gears etc full instructions and tools included. However we are able to assemble bikes for personal callers for a cost of £10 for bikes under £100 and £20 for bikes over £100.
	Warranty, Returns & Customer Service We have a 7 day No Quibble Returns Policy on all goods. In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please return unused in original packaging and we will be happy to refund your purchase price (Excl. all P&P) on receipt. New goods have 12 month manufactures warrantee. Refurbished stock has 3 month warranty. Please note that colours and styles are subject to change and may differ from the picture. Each unit comes with our 14 day money back guarantee or cooling off period. You have 14 days to decide if you are going to keep it or not. If within this 14 day period you do not want it, return it to us and we will refund you the purchase price. After this 14 day period has expired you will not be entitled to your money back. Additionally from the date of receipt you have 12 months cover with the manufacturer - simply meaning that if a problem occurs with your product after the initial 14 day period has elapsed (which the supply of spare parts cannot rectify) you can return the unit to us and we will have the manufacturer repair or if needs be replace the unit for you providing the fault is found to be a result of either a manufacturing or material defect. If the manufacturer finds that the problem is due to misuse or neglect they reserve the right to levy a charge for the repair and return of the bicycle. Should you need to return your product the procedure is explained fully in the Customer Satisfaction Guide originally supplied and where appropriate return carriage costs would be reimbursed.

	Bike Safety No matter how cheap our bicycles are we will not cut corners on quality. All our bicycles are manufactured to British Safety Standards (BS6102 Parts 1 & 2 / BS5665 (1989) EN 71 CE. Like any mechanical item your bicycle will require servicing and routine maintenance to ensure it remains in a roadworthy and safe condition – full details of how to do can be found in the owners manual. Please give some serious thought to head protection, especially for Children.
