We have an excellent returns policy with a no quibble money back guarantee. You may return an item for any reason for either a refund or exchange. within 14 days of receipt ;
All we ask is;

the returns must be within 14 days of delivery 
goods are returned unworn in the exact same condition they were sent with packaging intact. 
you email us so we can expect delivery stating your purchase details and reason. 
you ensure you return the item with your details and sales record number to speed your refund.

We will only refund delivery costs if the goods are faulty but for all other returns delivery costs to be paid by you. Only buy it now items qualify for our returns policy. All of our goods are checked prior to despatch to ensure you receive a perfect product. If you have any item to be exchanged just return back to us and we will pay for the delivery of exchanged item back to you FREE!
In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, or underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed,
