3. Include the item and all accessories in the original (unused) condition in which the item was received, with the tags and stickers still attached. Removal of tags and stickers with invalidate our returns policy. 
4. Insure the package and have a tracking number or proof of postage for it. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt.
5. Goods returned damaged for a refund will be rejected but an exchange will be considered dependent on circumstances.
