Planetgizmo.co.uk is the online trading name of House of Gizmo Limited.
 
Our main product focus is High End Electronics; however we also sell vast range of other products including outdoor equipment and electrical goods. 
We specialise in stocking branded lines from well established manufacturers and distribution companies. With our own warehousing and wholesale operation we have the ability to source the best products at the lowest prices. Ways to purchase from our Ebay Store

1. PayPal
Payments should be sent to info@houseofgizmo.com Paypal payment links will automatically appear once you have clicked "buy it now" or won an auction.
2. Credit / Debits cards over the phone.
Please phone 0800 612 2150 to make a credit / debit card payment directly to one of our sales team. Upon completion of payment your ebay payment record and feedback will be updated in the same way as if you had paid by paypal.
3. Cheques and postal orders
Cheques and postal orders made payable to "House of Gizmo Limited" are accepted. If you wish to pay by this method please ensure you include your name, address and Ebay user ID when you post payment to "House of Gizmo ltd, The Forum, 277 London Road, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, RH15 9QU ". Please be aware that we do not dispatch goods until we have received cleared funds, this can take up to 7 working days

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.
City Link Deliveries
This service is a NEXT WORKING DAY SERVICE (ie: no deliveries at weekends or bank holidays) and requires a signature on delivery. A calling card will be left if no one is home to accept the delivery with a number to call to arrange re-delivery. Please reply promptly to these cards to avoid the parcel being returned to us.
 IMPORTANT: This service is only available to mainland UK addresses, for off-shore addresses (N.Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scottish Islands) Royal Mail Standard parcels will be used, delivery to these locations can typically take up to 7 days.

 ROYAL MAIL deliveries typically take 2/3 days using the Packet Post system. This service is used for smaller or Low priced items. Additional items are charged at half the price of the first. 
This service is available to all UK addresses.

Returns Policy: 

Unwanted Goods
We want you to be satisfied with all purchases you make from House of Gizmo Ltd.
Therefore you may return any item purchased from us for any reason within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund for that item. We recommend when returning items to us that you use a traceable service as we can not accept responsibility for items not received by us. 
Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods from us then we will either refund in full or replace the faulty parts / item free of charge. Please email lisa@planetgizmo.co.uk and we will endeavour to resolve your problem as quick as possible.
IMPORTANT: Please email or telephone us prior to returning any products (for whatever reason) and obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. This will ensure your return is dealt with swiftly and appropriately. Your statutory rights are not affected.
