Return / Refund Policy
  • We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for each item that needs to be returned. We do not allow returns without first requesting a RMA number.
  • Items should be returned with original packages.
  • Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, NO replacement will be made. For all return products customers MUST contact us for the returning address.
