We are an online UK Based Company and one of eBays leading Mattress, Bed frames and Sofabed Specialist. We operate with minimal costs and therefore can offer the best discounted prices and are far cheaper than the high street. 

Our warehouse is based in the East Riding of Yorkshire where we handle the distribution to all our online customers.

Delivery

We aim to provide a next working day delivery service to all UK Mainland Post Codes - Please see below for exceptions.
Our next day service is on instock items purchased before 12noon unless stated otherwise in the listing. (Confirmation is needed by Email or phone)
Earliest delivery for weekend orders will be Tuesday.

All our items are packaged well for overnight courier transportation, follow these instructions when receiving goods;

1. On arrival of your item(s) please check for visible damages to the packaging.
2. If there is damage to packaging, check for damages to the item by opening the packaging slightly.
3. In the event that item(s) are damaged, sign as damaged and refuse the damaged Item(s).
4. Call to inform us on 0800 043 5231, and we will endeavour to send out replacement parts free of charge as soon as possible.

Scottish Highlands - 3 Day Delivery Service (Surcharge of £15 is payable before dispatch)
 AB31 – AB38, AB41 – AB56, FK19 – FK21, IV1 – IV56, KA27 – KA28, KW, PA20 – PA78, PH9, PH15 – PH44.

Northern Ireland and Dublin - Next Day Service (Minimum Surcharge of £60 is payable before dispatch, Note - Some items can not be sent)

Eire - 3 Day Service (Minimum Surcharge of £50 is payable before dispatch)

Sorry but we do not offer a delivery service to the following areas;

Scottish Offshore
Channel Islands

Whilst we aim to deliver all products on the next working day, we cannot guarantee delivery on the next working day and any date quoted for delivery of the products is approximate only. Further, we shall not be liable for any loss suffered by you arising from any delay in the delivery of the product(s).

If we cannot deliver on the next working day for any reason, we will update you by telephone as to the progress of your order, advising you of the anticipated delivery date, and contact you by email or telephone once your product(s) is (are) ready for dispatch. We will offer you a choice of either accepting with the revised estimated delivery date or cancellation with a full refund.

All customers are welcome to collect goods to save on any postage costs.
Collections are available Monday through to Friday from 9.30am – 5.30pm.

Returns

For health and safety reasons mattresses can not be returned after use. (See below for faulty items)

Please ensure you are ordering the correct size as a charge will be incurred to return the item(s) purchased.

Custom size mattresses cannot be returned. (Unless Faulty).

In the event of dissatisfaction of any products you can return them for a refund, returns must be unused and in original packaging. You will be charged for returning the item(s), please note the cost will vary depending on the product - minimum charge £40. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Faulty items under UK distance selling regulations will be eligible for a full refund.
