Xserve comes standard with a single 650W power supply and can be upgraded with a dual redundant power supply. When two power supplies are installed and connected to power, each power supply will share half of the load of the system during normal operation but can supply the entire system load in the case of a power supply failure. The power supplies are hot-swappable, so when two power supplies are installed, one can be removed while the system is operational and replaced. Two power cords are supplied with each installed power supply - a standard 6-foot length power cord and a short 10-inch cord for in-rack direct connection to a power distribution unit (sold separately). You may also continue purchasing additional items from our auctions or eBay shop. You have 5 days from the end of the first purchase to add additional items to your order. Buy It Love It aims to ship all orders within two business days from the time the buyer has completed checkout. Please note that we are unable to ship on weekends or holidays.

For combined shipments, we will use the highest First Item shipping & handling rates from all items on the order, and then use the Additional Item rates for every other product on the order.

UK Shipping

Orders within the United Kingdom will be shipped via one of the following carriers unless otherwise stated:

• Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery

• Business Post. Items sent via Business Post will have 2 delivery attempts within 5 working days. If these 2 attempts are unsuccessful items are returned to our warehouse and a redelivery/restocking fee will be charged.

IMPORTANT: All UK shipments (except free shipping) require a signature, so please have the item sent to a location where someone will be available to sign during postal/business hours. Please Note: Any item returned to us due to the courier not being able to receive a signature will be re-charged a postage fee!

 

Europe and Rest Of World Shipping

Please Note: All shipments are dispatched from the UK using one of the below methods. Please check the table to make sure you understand the time that it may take to receive your product. We are unable to provide any further information once the product has been dispatched until the alloted time is up!

• For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 28 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with your eBay item number & user name. Failure to include this information will cause a delay in the resolution of any returns.

• Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.

• Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means. Responsibility for the successful return of an item lies solely in the returnees hands. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

• Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.

• Short-shipments, dead on arrival (DOA) and incorrect products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.

• Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We are unable to offer refunds for items purchased in error so please make sure that you have read and understood the item description before finalizing your purchase.
