Shipping Details
Shipping will be with Parcel Force couriers on a 24 hour service. We cannot guarantee the delivery times, as we do not have any control over the delivery system, but all deliveries should be made by 5.30pm. All international deliveries will be with Royal Mail, using a signed for service. Combined shipping for multiple items is show in the shipping calculator. Shipping and handling is non-negotiable.
The price you pay for shipping includes the handling charge for the goods purchased. The price you see on the postage stamp will probably be less than the shipping charge, the extra you pay goes in to packaging, fuel, transport and other handling costs.
All items are held in the UK and are despatched as soon as possible. We try to send all items out the same day as payment has been cleared, but this is not possible 100% of the time, especially in busy trading periods. If you need an item quickly, please let us know and we will do our best to help.

Customs, VAT and Duty
UK Duty and customs declerations have already been paid by us, and all items are in our warehouse in the UK. VAT is included in the purchase price. You will not need to pay any extra; there are no hidden charges.
Refund and returns
We will refund any item that is returned within 7 days of receiving it. In the unlikely event of you receiving faulty goods, please let us know and return the item to us for a replacement. Returned items must be in exactly the conditioned they were received by you, undamaged and with all accessories. Any items returned with missing parts or physically damaged cannot be refunded.
