Q. What is your return policy?
A. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Refund will be given for purchase price less 20% if merchandise is returned in excellent condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. If item is grossly misrepresented, please contact us so we can discuss options. We strive to be error-free, but have had the occasional oversight! SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

A. We try our hardest to make everything as accurate as we can. We take our own pictures and measure all of our own items. The measurements are approximate. Sometimes the color of the item may vary due to different cameras or computer monitors.
Q. What kind of tag will be on the item?
A. All of our items are brand new and do not have slits or black marks on the designer label. The tag will vary and could be either a manufacturer, store, or AJM tag.

- Any order shipped outside of USA is sent using USPS Parcel Post Service. We ship immediately upon receiving payment. Sometimes there are delays caused by the US Postal Service and international customs agents that are outside of our control. Although rare, these delays can cause shipments to take several weeks before they arrive at their destination. Customers are responsible for all local taxes and duties if applicable.
