This stylish, nicely
finished, light box has a slanted tracing surface and is illuminated by 2
energy saving compact fluorescent bulbs, which are included with this craft
tool.
The tracing surface of this
light box measures 420mm x 320mm, which is larger than A3 size and will also
accommodate landscape and portrait A4 size media. It is made from a
durable white acrylic that is easy to keep clean and will not melt nor warp.
There is a lip on the front
of the light box as a paper guide and to hold pens and paper in place. At
the back of the light box there is a multi function tidy which will keep all
your pens, rulers and other artists tools tidy and close at hand.
This lamp uses 2 energy
saving bulbs and is fully approved by the Energy Saving Trust in combating
climate change. The light box is supplied with 2 x
13 watt energy saving bulbs, which last up to 8 times longer and saves up to
80% on energy costs compared to standard bulbs. This will ensure that
when working with your light box, neither the box nor you will not become too
hot as the energy saving bulbs only give out a fraction of the heat compared to
a normal bulb.

Shipping
We only use reliable, traceable and fast delivery services. We despatch products within 1 working day of payment using a 48 hour delivery service. We then only use couriers who can offer a 48 hour delivery service that is web – traceable and insured. It is not possible to collect from our warehouse facility.
Undelivered Items
If an item has not arrived with 1 week of being despatched by us, please contact us. Where an item has been lost by our couriers we will either send a replacement product or refund your payment if we have no more stock of the same item.
Returns
If an item arrives damaged or incomplete in any way, please let us know so that we can help. We often have spare parts available that might avoid the need to return the item.
If you would like to return the item for any other reason, please contact us within 7 days. Returns that are not damaged or defective must be returned at the buyers’ expense. A refund will be made to your Paypal account as soon as we have received the item back.

We ONLY accept Paypal payments. Please ensure when you are bidding on an item or purchasing an item on a BIN that this is the only method of payment that we accept and that you have a Paypal account set up. Please allow extra time for payment clearing if you are paying by Paypal e-cheque as e-cheques can take up to 10 working days to clear.

We only deliver within the UK. At present we do not post our items to other countries.
Parcel Force 48 (£4.90 per item unless on combined postage discount)
- includes mainland England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wright, Shetland and Isle of Man.
It does not include - Jersey, Guernsey, Southern Ireland, Scottish Highlands on postcodes IV and KW. These postage costs are International 48 and cost £12.00 per item.
Other Courier (TNT 24 hour service)
- includes mainland England, mainland Scotland up to postcode FK and Wales.
- Does not include Northern Ireland or Southern Ireland, Scottish Highland under postcodes AB, KW, IV, PH, DD, KY & PA. Isle of Wright, Shetland, Isle of Man, Jersey & Guernsey. These postage costs are international and will typically cost £110 for delivery of our Arco Curva Lamp. Please ask us for a quotation on postage prices. We charge a postage fee that only covers our costs of materials and labour.
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe delivery to you. Our items are dispatched brand new boxed and in perfect condition. NOTE - If your item is received damaged or the packaging ripped; please sign for it as DAMAGED. If possible, please take photos of any damage as this will help us improve the courier service to you in future. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment clearing. None of our couriers can state a date or time for delivery.
Delivery period
The two couriers that we use are Parcel Force and TNT. You will receive an email once the item has been dispatched along with the tracking information of your parcel. You will also receive a link to the relevant website to be able to track your parcel with ease.
If your item is shipping via Parcel Force we use a 48 hours delivery service.
Items that are being delivered by 'other courier' will be via TNT 24 hour delivery service.
Please allow extra time if you are paying by e-cheque as e-cheques can take up to 10 working days to clear.
Delivery will be between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. If you require a specific delivery period i.e. before 9am, before 10.30am or before 12 noon – these services are EXTRA and at an additional cost. Please ask for a quote before you pay.
Saturday Deliveries
There is an extra charge for Saturday delivery. The last day for payment on Saturday deliveries is Thursday.
Other courier postage (TNT) for a Saturday delivery will incur an £16 additional postage charge.
Unfortunately Parcel Force does not offer this service. If you do want an item urgently delivered via Parcel Force then we can arrange a before 9am or before 12noon delivery. These services are extra to our normal delivery charges and prices will be quoted on an individual basis, charges are subject to the items being delivered. If you want an item delivered urgently please let us know BEFORE you pay for the item.
Other Courier/TNT Delivery
Please provide us with a daytime contact telephone number in case the courier can not locate your address. Please enter this in the notes section of PayPal, which can be found in the payment sector at the bottom of the page. Unfortunately couriers cannot state a date or time for delivery.

We accept returns within 7 working days of you receiving the item. Returns that are not damaged or defective must be returned, the buyer to pay postage cost. We will refund the value of the item once we have received the item back into our warehouse.
All returns must be labelled for Customer Service and have an attached email on the outside of the box, letting us know who has returned the item to us and any correspondence you have sent us. The correspondence should clearly state;
1. Your name,
2. Your eBay ID,
3. When you purchased the item,
4. The problem with the item,
5. Whether you would prefer a refund or replacement. We will replace the item or refund your Paypal account as soon as we possibly can.
6. Without any emails/ correspondence attached, refunds will be delayed.
Have you received my returned item?
We send you an email once we have received your returned item. Once we have received your item then we shall process your refund via Paypal or despatch your replacement, dependant on your instructions. If you have not received an email from us confirming your return within 7 days, please check with your courier that the item has been delivered. If you still haven’t received this confirmation email from us and the item had been delivered by the courier, please contact us by email, attaching the original correspondence regarding the returned item. We will then urgently investigate the returned items status.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the item(s) back using a delivery service that we recommend in our correspondence. Our policy conforms to the UK’s Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
