UK BUYERS - Payment of items should be made within 5 days of winning the bid.
We accept the following methods of payment: Paypal - (prefered method) Postal Order/Chq ,Bankers Draft For Chq payments Please enclose details of your full name, delivery address, eBay ID and the number of the item you are purchasing.
Please note item will only be posted once Chq has cleared - 3-5 working days PAYPAL (preferred method) - Follow eBay instructions. Visa / MasterCard / Switch- A safe & simple way to make payment online.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - For people living outside of UK, we accept PAYPAL only.
Please email us to enquire about postage costs for Overseas Shipping (prior to making any bids). Charges may vary depending upon destination. Items will be re-listed if payment is not received within 7-10 days and a Non-paying Bidder alert will be filed against you.
UK BUYERS - We aim to post within 1 working day after payments is recieved /cleared. However please allow 72 hours for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - Please allow 7-10 working days for standard shipping by Airmail.
You do have the option to get your item faster by paying for International Signed-for delivery at an additional charge of £3.50. This is recommended as shipping takes about 2 working days and includes insurance.
Labour, Handling & Packaging fees are included within the postage charge.
We will not claim responsibility for uninsured items lost in the post. However, we do obtain proof of posting in all cases.
REFUNDS - We accept returns provided the buyer contacts us by email within 3 days of receiving the item.
Item must be returned in its original condition within 7 days.
Please ensure you enclose your ebay id and reason for return to ensure speedy refund.
Incomplete details will delay the refund process.
Refunds will be issued via paypal or cheque.
Please note that P&P charges are NOT refundable. Cost of returning the item will also be at the buyer's own expense.
