Payment terms

Please note that VAT at the current UK rate is included in the final auction price.

We are a business and our normal hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We are contactable via Ebay messages and usually try to respond within 24 hours Monday to Friday.

Please only bid if you intend to buy the item. If you have any questions please do so before bidding.

We also reserve the right to cancel bids should your feedback be less than 5 or excessively negative so please contact us before bidding to avoid disappointment.

A Paypal confirmed delivery address is required for high value shipments. This will always be specified on the auctions to which this applies and is to protect you as well as us!

We accept PayPal, cheque’s, BACS, CHAPS (sender to pay fee) or £GBP cash if you are collecting. We may also be able to take card payments directly – please discuss this with us before you bid if you wish to pay by credit/debit card.

We prefer Bank Transfer or Paypal. If you send payment by cheque then please allow 10 working days for us to receive and bank the cheque and then time to allow it to clear before we will ship out.

We DO NOT accept international Paypal unless your account is valid for seller protection.

A sales invoice is available on request at the time of payment.

Please note: As always, buyers are responsible for any local taxes, customs duties, import requirements, etc. We will always try to help you minimise costs where at all possible.

Shipping and handling

Our items (due to their size/value) are always shipped with our preferred courier APC Monday to Friday only.

We are happy for you to arrange your own courier if you would rather do so or if you are collecting from our premises we may be able to arrange for a weekend collection to help you out. Again, please ask before bidding.

UPS will attempt to deliver a parcel 3 times. They will then hold the parcel for 5 days. If they have heard nothing from you after 5 days they will return the parcel to us and we will have to re-arrange delivery at your cost.

Please ensure you inspect all items upon collection/delivery and report any damage to us within 24 hours to enable us to rectify issues immediately for both your and our benefit.

Should you require postal insurance please ask for a quotation.

In the unlikely event of a return

Please return any damaged on arrival items within 14 days of arrival to arrange replacement or a repair by us.

Please ensure you test items before installation. No refunds can be made once items have been installed/utilised.

For UK sales where you wish to return the item for a refund - You have 7 working days from delivery to notify us. Returns must be sent by you at your cost and at your risk within 7 working days of your return notice being received. P&P costs are not refundable. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns. New items must be unopened if sealed, undamaged, unmarked and resaleable as new.

Mistakes/problems are rare but we are only human so please give us the chance to resolve any issues before leaving poor feedback. We are very proud of our over 99% positive feedback and want to keep it that way!
