This is an A4 16 page magazine in excellent state. Issued August 2003 no 13 by Network Rail Southern Region. A lot of space is given over to CTRL and also an illustrated profile of the new Eurailscout monitoring DMU for the region. Coulsdon Blockade and Strood tunnels amongst other illustrated stories . I never leave negative feedback for anyone without having first tried my best to contact and discuss matters and I expect the same when I am selling from my buyers.
