All items will be shipped as soon as possible after payment is received. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for dispatch but in most cases items should be posted out with 48 hours of received payment. The national postal service will usually be used but this will be pointed out on the item page if any different. For all valuables and wherever possible registered post will be preferred. Please note that economy service will be available but for registered and trackable service, it cost about 4 euro extra so if you prefer to get your item registered, use the traceable service

Some of these items do carry very high voltage and can result in fatal accident if used with the wrong machine or mishandled and could also damage your machine. So please be sure you do your checks. If unsure if a piece of hardware will work with your machine do contact us prior to buying and we do our best to research and advice. Items will be replaced or refunded if received in a non working state but this should be reported as soon as received and not later than 7 days. However if the item suffered any damage while with customer or item was used in a wrong machine or as a result of customer's handling, we cannot refund. Also if item is damaged on post we will do our best to get the compensation from the postal service if insurance was paid for by buyer so must be checked for any physical damage as soon as its received
