Tutu Underskirt by Obsidian Gothic

The underskirt has an elasticated waist. The upper is made from silky soft poly taffeta, the lower frill is in gathered net for the tutu effect. All the seams are sew away from the body to minimize scratchy feeling from the net.

The underskirt is approx. 16 inches  long.

Large: waist 32-36 inches
