We accept most major credit cards and debit cards, securely over the telephone.  We also accept PayPal, PayPal e-Cheque.

*Please note*  PayPal e-Cheques take 8-10 working days to clear.  We are advised by Ebay and Paypal not to  dispatch items until funds have successfully cleared.  Unfortunately we do not accept bank transfer.

DELIVERY

Please allow 3-10 working days for delivery of all items (excluding Bank Holidays). We aim to dispatch within 72 hours, wherever possible. We provide a fast and hassle free service.  All items are delivery only and not available for local pick ups.

Items delivered via courier should be fully inspected before signing. Claims for shortages or damaged goods must be reported to us within 24 hours. Please make a note on the carriers delivery docket, wherever possible.

Delivery charge is UK mainland only. We are happy to dispatch heavy goods to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Isles and offshore Islands. Please contact us for a shipping quote BEFORE making your purchase.

RETURNS

We do accept returns.  In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us via email or telephone.  Returns can only be received by prior arrangement and within 7 days and must be in their original packaging and condition. Goods returned without a prior authorisation code will not be accepted and returned to sender. We always rectify any problem to the customer's full satisfaction, please review the returns policy for full details.
