Grade A

Some of our items maybe refurbished unless stated otherwise, and are put in certain grading categories.

Grade A- These items are either 14-Day retail returns or fully refurbished items. They are Grade A items, showing no significant cosmetic damage. These items will look "as new".

Grade B- These items areusedand will show signs of average wear & tear. They are not very heavily scratched or marked and will not be damaged or broken. They are not "as new" but of a high standard for second user handsets. They are fully checked and tested and have the same warranty as the Grade A items.

Grade C-These are useditems and will show more signs of more severe use, deeper scratches and chipped. They will not be damaged or broken and will still be fully tested and checked. They are fully checked and tested and have the same warranty as the Grade A items.

Items will be dispatched Monday to Friday from our UK based warehouse. All orders received before 4pm will usually be despatched same day. As standard we despatch all orders using Royal Mail and City Link depending on the item. Delivery usually takes 1-2 working day via Royal Mail depending where in the UK you are based, items sent further afield can take anything upto 7 working days.

• For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging, and all the accessories.
• NO REFUND accepted after 30 days of receipt.
• For all return products customers MUST contact us for the returning address.
• In all cases, buyers pay shipping at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
