You have the right to cancel your order at any time prior to the goods being despatched and collected from the warehouse. If the goods have already been despatched, you have the right to return your goods within 30 days of the date you received and signed for the goods. The cost of postage, packaging and relevant insurance will be borne by the customer. The product must be returned to us in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The cost of delivering the goods will be subtracted from the cost of the refund.
 
Should the packaging be returned without its original packaging and not in a perfect condition, Elite health and fitness reserve the right not to accept the product back at our warehouse and/or not to issue a refund or store credit. If the goods have been removed from its original packaging and seal or assembled, your right to cancel may be forfeited.
 
The 30 day online return policy or 10 day in store policy does no apply to customer made orders or special order items. A special order item refers to when a product is ordered into stock specifically for the customer.
 
Please also note that carriers will not accept parcels without sufficient packaging.
