Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to return your purchased item, We will only accept Record Return if the item is unused / unmarked condition, You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. 
We accept no responsibility for any returns that are damaged or lost in the post, please package your goods carefully. 
Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

All goods returned must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition, a copy of the original invoice / delivery note, should also be supplied whenever possible. If it is not possible to enclose such documents, please ensure some means of identifying yourself is included for example, your order number, name, email address etc. 

Upon receipt of a return we will inspect the product to be sure it is in the original packaging, in resellable condition and our seals have not been broken or tampered with. Once this is confirmed we will issue a full refund of the price paid for the product(s) using the same method that was initially used to make the payment. Please note that postage charges are not refundable, neither outward or inward. 

As with (the above clauses) any items where our seals have been broken or tampered with will not be accepted for a refund.
