Buyers need to return the defective item for the replacement at his own cost. Item must be returned by registered airmail to our requested address

If items are not received at the estimated timing, please email me to inform me and I will try my best to help before acting harshly. Impulsiveness like leaving negative feedback do not solve problem.

Delay sometime does occur at the post office side and we will try resolve it  as fair and square as to both seller and buyers.
